Perfect for beginners, Learn to crochet a Scarf or a simple Granny Square Blanket.

During the class you will learn the basic crochet stitches involved in making a granny square or a simple scarf. Like chain stitch, slip stitch, a double crochet and single crochet and how to use a crochet hook. (Note: I teach right handed crochet. If you are left handed I will teach you how to crochet using your right hand.)

The aim of the class is to get you started on a Blanket or a Scarf, using a 200gram colour changing yarn ball. You will learn how to keep your blanket square by turning your work with each round.

You will get 200gram of yarn (in the colours of your choice), a crochet hook and a wool needle. If you wish to create a larger Granny Square Blanket you can purchase additional yarn to add to your project. Please bring with you a pair of scissors and a be prepared to have fun.
